The Bacharach Infrared (IrDA) Printer is used in conjunction with the Bacharach combustion analyzers to print out test results. It uses an IrDa (infra-red) connection between the two to transmit the data. So you basically point the combustion analyzer to the printer, push the print button and an infra-red signal is transmitted which activates the printer to print. Documented test results are important as it can show how efficiently a furnace is working before/after adjustments.
