The T40 Rattler™ is a cost-effective single gas monitor designed to protect personnel from dangerous hydrogen sulfide or Carbon monoxide gas exposure in The most extreme conditions. This unit is ideally suited for applications in such diverse climates as The desert or The arctic.

T40 Rattler™ is compact and lightweight and can easily be clipped to a belt, shirt pocket or hard hat. Gas concentrations are clearly read on a large four-digit, seven segment liquid crystal display (LCD). And it will alert The user with audible, visual or vibrating alarms when a preset low or high alarm value is exceeded. The peak-hold feature captures The highest reading during a shift.

Easy calibration uses a unique flip-cap routine. The unit operates virtually maintenance-free for approximately 500 hours on a single AA alkaline battery (included) and is covered by a two-year warranty from The date of manufacture.
